Founded in 2015 by Nancy Espinosa, MS, BCBA , SC Behavior Solutions has been providing ABA services in the Columbia, SC metropolitan area, to children, teens and young adults on the autism spectrum, at our clients' homes, at daycare facilities, in school settings (BCBAs only) and in our Sandhills Skills Center, where our young clients develop social skills, and learn the essential life skills that will contribute to them leading productive, independent lives.
Our dedicated team includes three BCBAs and nine experienced RBTs, many of whom have been with our practice for several years, and have continued to provide their vital services during the COVID 19 epidemic, in person and via telehealth, when permitted.
We currently serve exclusively military families in the Columbia SC area, and only accept Humana MIlitary Tricare insurance.

I am the founder and clinical leader of our practice. I have held the BCBA designation since 2014, and I was among the initial graduates from UMass Lowell's MS in Autism Studies.
My journey in ABA has extended over 25 years, encompassing roles as a provider and clinical director in a residential home for adults with ASD and traumatic brain injury.
I take pride in being one of the few PEERS® certified providers in South Carolina, and I prioritize the development of social skills in our young clients.
In recent months, I have been focusing on the development of our Skills Center, where we teach our clients social and life skills, working in particular with our preteens and young adults.

I graduated from Clemson University in 2015 with a BA in History and Education., and in 2019, I earned an MA in Applied Behavior Analysis with an Autism concentration from Ball State University.
My journey in special education began in 2013 when I had volunteered in impoverished schools in Kenya, Malaysia, and Ukraine. Upon my return I became an RBT, and in 2019 a BCBA.
I chose ABA because of the incredible impact we can have on our clients' daily lives. I find immense fulfillment working with our little ones, aged 2-5, helping them learn to access their wants and needs through communication and express their creativity and imagination.
Regional Training Coordinator
I am Frankie Dee Pruitt, a BCBA serving as the Regional Training Coordinator at SC Behavior Solutions. My academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of South Carolina in 2015.

My introduction to the world of ABA dates back to 2013 when I started as an RBT, working with an individual facing multiple communication barriers.
Following enriching experiences studying abroad in Malawi and Spain, I pursued a Masters of Human Services in Child Protection with a Behavior Analysis track, which I completed at Nova Southeastern University in 2020.
In April 2022.
Shortly thereafter, I achieved BCBA certification, preceded by two years as a BCaBA.
Although our work with clients of all ages gives me great satisfaction, I am particularly motivated working with early learners, and preteens.

I particularly admire the incredible dedication and enthusiams of our lead BCBAs and of all our therapists, who have been with us over the last few years, including the difficult years during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This is a dynamic, young, yet experienced team that never loses sight of our overriding goal to improve our clients' life; knowing the life-changing impact of their challenging work makes me particularly proud of my small contribution to our practice's success.
